Job Description

We're looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst with relevant 8-10 years of expereince to join our Marketing team. You'll work closely with the team to uncover customer insights, optimize campaign performance, and drive strategic decisions using data analytics. Your work will directly impact how we position our products, engage customers, and grow market share.

  • Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and campaign metrics across digital and retail channels
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI
  • Segment audiences based on purchase history, engagement, and demographics for targeted marketing
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to support data-driven decisions
  • Use POS and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform positioning and messaging
  • Support demand forecasting and pricing strategies using predictive models
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and sources

Skills & Competencies

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Marketing Analytics: Understanding of KPIs, conversion rates, and funnel metrics
  • Digital Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Adobe Analytics
  • CRM & CLM Platforms: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho for customer lifecycle tracking
  • Data Integration: Working with APIs, ETL pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., BigQuery, AWS, Azure)
