Built on a capital-light, customer-first model with home trials and rapid product iteration, Zinara is rethinking how diamond jewellery is designed, priced, and experienced. The brand is founded by IIT Delhi alumni, combining strong product thinking with execution-led growth.
Role OverviewThis is a hands - on growth role, not a desk job. You'll work directly with the founders and execute across WhatsApp marketing, offline activations, events, and performance-led growth experiments. Ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, on-ground execution, and seeing direct revenue impact.
What You'll Do- Own WhatsApp marketing & CRM: broadcasts, follow-ups, lead conversion
- Support offline events, pop-ups & community meetups
- Convert leads into home trials & purchases
- Assist with performance marketing execution & growth experiments
- Work closely with founders on launches, offers & campaigns
What We're Looking For- 2 - 4 years experience in D2C / jewellery / fashion / retail
- Comfortable with on-ground execution & customer interaction
- Hands-on with WhatsApp marketing, lead management, CRM tools
- High ownership mindset - you like getting things done, not waiting for instructions
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
- Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal communication
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ability to independently create simple creatives using Canva for WhatsApp, social, and offline activations
