Role Overview

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team in Noida. This role will support the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of growth marketing initiatives across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns.

Analyze and improve the marketing funnel.

Develop and measure SMS and WhatsApp campaigns.

Conduct A/B tests and growth experiments.

Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare insights.

Manage marketing budgets efficiently.

Collaborate with internal teams for cohesive marketing execution.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.

23 years of experience in growth marketing.

Strong understanding of PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display, CRM, funnel, & customer journey

Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools.

Data-driven decision-making ability.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
