Role Description Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and managing long-term relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of digital services, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert leads into revenue through structured sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client requirements
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pricing plans
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction
• Monitor market dynamics and contribute insights for service improvement

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce solutions
• Ability to conduct market research and build actionable growth strategies
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in a marketing or digital solutions agency preferred

Compensation

• Salary: 30,000 per month
