Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Administrator located in Chennai. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing administrative assistance, supporting sales initiatives, maintaining strong customer relations, and managing communications.

JOB PURPOSE:

The Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns, work with the marketing CRM, assist the Key Account Managers in meetings and presentations and followup with clients.This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

DUTIES:

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's
activities
Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
Assist with the production of marketing materials, presentations and collateral
Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases as needed
Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
Write and prepare marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company's presence in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience as a marketing assistant
Experience in Marine field will be a bonus

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of Monday CRM/other CRM a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
