Role Description Market Researcher (Education & Learning Platforms)This is a part-time on-site role for a Market Researcher located in Delhi, India. The role involves conducting primary and secondary research with students, teachers, and educational event organizers to understand their needs, preferences, challenges, and expectations from study platforms and academic tools.
Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting directly with students and teachers through interviews and surveys, researching existing online study platforms and learning tools, analyzing trends in education technology and academic events, and translating research findings into clear insights and recommendations. The role also involves documenting feedback from workshops, seminars, and academic events to guide future product and platform development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct interviews and surveys with students, teachers, and educators
- Engage with academic event and workshop organizers to understand platform needs
- Perform market and competitor research on study platforms, ed-tech tools, and learning apps
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative research data
- Identify trends in learning behavior, teaching practices, and academic engagement
- Prepare structured reports and present insights to the internal team
- Support outreach efforts by designing research questionnaires and feedback forms
Qualifications- Understanding of Market Research and Market Analysis techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially for interacting with students and teachers
- Experience or interest in quantitative and qualitative research
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Interest in education, learning platforms, or ed-tech is highly preferred
