We are looking for a Market Researcher (Finance) who can own the research engine behind our content. This role sits at the intersection of markets, macroeconomics, policy, and storytelling. Your work will directly shape what we publish, why we publish it, and how clearly it is explained to millions of viewers.

Key Responsibilities
Market & News Tracking
- Track daily financial markets (India + global) including equities, bonds, commodities, currencies, and key indices
- Monitor major financial, economic, and geopolitical news developments
- Stay updated on RBI announcements, government policies, Budget updates, inflation data, interest rates, earnings, and sector-level trends
Research & Content Support
- Prepare structured research briefs, dashboards, and notes for video content
- Support topic ideation and content planning:
- What to cover
- Why it matters
- How to explain it clearly
- Build data-backed storylines for scripts covering markets, economy, policy, and business trends
- Assist creators and editors with facts, context, timelines, and background research
Data & Sources
- Work regularly with primary and secondary sources such as:
- RBI, SEBI, MOSPI
- NSE / BSE data
- Company filings, annual reports, earnings presentations
- Credible financial news and research platforms
- Cross-verify data and ensure factual accuracy in all research outputs
Qualification & Experience Required
- Background in Finance, Economics, Business, Public Policy, or a related field
- NISM Certification (any relevant module such as Series VIII, XV, Research Analyst, etc.)
- CFA (Level I / II / III), FRM, CA (Inter / Final), CS, MBA (Finance)
- Prior experience in market research, financial research, consulting, media research, or similar roles
Skills & Exposure
- Strong familiarity with financial data, reports, and macroeconomic indicators
- Comfortable working with numbers, charts, reports, and policy documents
- Ability to synthesise large amounts of information into clear insights

- Able to simplify complex concepts without diluting accuracy
- Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-output environment
- Curious, disciplined, and reliable with deadlines
