We are looking for a Market Research Specialist to drive data-driven insights that inform business strategy, product development, and go-to-market decisions across Scry AI's product suite. This role is critical in understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

Role Overview

As a Market Research Specialist at Scry AI, you will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing industry trends, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to help shape data-backed decisions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and skilled at translating complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Industry Research

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies
  • Analyze target markets, customer segments, and industry dynamics
  • Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion

Competitive Analysis

  • Track competitors, products, and positioning strategies
  • Benchmark offerings and identify differentiators
  • Provide insights on market gaps and competitive advantages

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Collect and analyze data from primary and secondary research sources
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations with key insights
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations

Customer & User Insights

  • Design surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms to understand customer needs
  • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and pain points
  • Support persona development and customer journey mapping

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to support strategic initiatives
  • Provide research-backed inputs for go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • Present findings and insights to leadership and cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications and Skills
