- Conducting thorough research on marketplaces and competitor websites to analyse product performance.
- Mining and evaluating competitor reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for Suganda products.
- Preparing structured reports with insights on missing features, trends, and market needs.
- Tracking skincare trends, ingredients, customer pain points, and consumer behaviour.
- Supporting the marketing and product development teams with research-backed recommendations.
- Staying updated with the beauty & skincare ecosystem to contribute meaningful insights.
