About The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-friendly graduates to join our consumer behaviour & field research internship for EBOO our AI voice assistant designed for small businesses.
As a field research intern, you will meet small business owners and their customers, conduct structured interviews, understand their communication habits, explore their concerns about using AI, and collect live feedback after testing the EBOO demo. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking to people, observing behaviour, and gathering real-world insights.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Identify Businesses: Locate relevant small businesses in your area (medical stores, general stores, salons, restaurants, clinics, service shops, cafs, etc.).
- Conduct Field Visits:
- Visit each business in person
- Follow the structured questionnaire
- Gather insights about call patterns, challenges, comfort with AI, and adoption concerns
- Demonstrate the EBOO AI Assistant:
- Give a short demonstration
- Collect immediate feedback about usability, accuracy, and trust
- Customer Interaction:
- Interview customers
- Ask about their comfort or concerns when interacting with AI for bookings or inquiries
- Documentation:
- Fill out the interview forms
- Upload recordings, notes, and daily summaries
We are preferably looking for Bangalore-based candidates.
