As a Market Research Intern, you will help us identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor movements in the logistics tech space, and gather insights from manufacturing sectors (Automotive, Pharma, Textiles, etc.) to refine our product-market fit.
Key Responsibilities
Industry Analysis: Research specific manufacturing sectors to identify pain points in their current supply chain and procurement processes.
Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor other Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) providers to compare features, pricing, and market positioning.
Lead Generation Support: Identify and profile potential B2B clients (Foundries, Hospitals, Factories) that could benefit from Roifo's digital control tower.
Trend Tracking: Stay updated on global logistics trends, such as IoT in shipping, AI-driven procurement, and new trade compliance regulations.
Data Synthesis: Prepare concise reports and presentations for the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
Customer Insights: (Occasional) Assist in gathering feedback from current users to understand how Roifo's tech is impacting their ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to take raw data and turn it into actionable insights.
Research Proficiency: Strong skills in secondary research (using LinkedIn, industry journals, financial reports, and database tools).
Communication: Excellent written English for drafting reports and internal briefs.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting) and PowerPoint (visualizing findings).
