Internship Details
- Role Title: Market Research Intern (Direct Sales)
- Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: 25,000 per month (15,000 stipend + 10,000 travel allowance)
- Eligibility: Fresh graduates / Final-year students
- Mobility: Two-wheeler and valid driving license required (Must have)
Locations : Bangalore, Hubli Dharwad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Surat, Ankleshwar, Dahej, Bharuch, Mumbai, Goa
Role Overview & Responsibilities
You will be part of ELGi's market expansion efforts and will receive on-the-job training to build your understanding of compressors and industrial markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed market research to evaluate demand for various compressor types in the assigned cities and districts
- Visiting factories to understand compressor usage, requirements, and purchasing preferences, including engaging with production and procurement teams
- Carrying out market surveys with potential customers and industry experts (training will be provided)
- Analyzing the gathered data to identify trends, customer segments, and unmet needs
- Representing ELGi professionally and confidently in all field interactions
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work independently in the field and handle multiple tasks
- Strong interest in markets, customers, and industrial environments
Education Qualification
UG / PG: Any specialization
