We're looking for a high-energy Growth & Strategy intern who wants to build a career in enterprise sales, marketing strategy, and global client acquisition.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and marketing. You will be responsible for identifying high-value prospects, building outreach campaigns, and generating qualified opportunities for the senior sales team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Research
  • Identify and research potential target companies, industries, and key decision-makers globally.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects aligned with TransCurators services.
  • Track industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in digital marketing and AI.
Outreach & Business Development
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages and value propositions.
  • Generate interest and nurture early-stage conversations with prospects.
Meeting Qualification & Sales Support
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined frameworks.
  • Book and schedule qualified meetings/demos for the senior sales and accounts team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach tracking.
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Continuously test and improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Contribute ideas to improve growth processes and sales playbooks.

Must-Have Skills

  • Good experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or similar roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with targets.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • Good to Have

    • Experience in digital marketing, content, SaaS, or AI industry.
    • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar.
    • Internship or part-time experience in sales/outreach is a plus.
