About the Role
We are looking for a Market Research Analyst who can take ownership of our outbound data and prospecting engine.
This is not a basic execution role. You will work on data systems, enrichment, reporting, and campaign performance that directly impact sales results.
This is a full-time, office-based position during the probation period. After successful completion of probation, the role will transition to a hybrid working model.
What You'll Do
Data & Process
• Build, manage, and maintain lead databases
• Handle large datasets, validation, and enrichment
• Integrate data from multiple tools and sources
• Ensure CRM hygiene and data accuracy
Campaign & Reporting
• Support and optimize outbound campaigns
• Monitor lead quality and response rates
• Create dashboards and performance reports
• Identify data gaps and process improvements
• Work with management on optimization strategy
Tools & Platforms
• HubSpot or similar CRM
• Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Clay
• Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years experience in B2B lead generation
• Strong SQL and data handling skills
• Experience with data enrichment and CRM systems
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Process-oriented and structured
• Good communication and ownership mentality
