Job Description

We are seeking a Market Research Analyst who will focus on conducting targeted research to identify potential clients, build prospect databases, and support marketing teams with qualified leads. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of converting research insights into actionable lead lists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads across industries and regions
  • Build and maintain a high-quality lead database for marketing and sales teams
  • Analyze company profiles, industry trends, and customer segments to identify opportunities
  • Gather contact details and verify prospect information from multiple sources
  • Track competitor customers, target accounts, and emerging opportunities
  • Assist in email campaign planning by providing targeted lead lists
  • Prepare weekly lead generation reports and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audience profiles

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
  • 3 months 1 year of experience in market research, lead generation, or sales support (internship accepted)
  • Strong research skills with the ability to work on multiple tools and databases
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work from office and collaborate with the marketing team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
