About the Role

We are looking for a Market Researcher who can transform data into meaningful insights, identify market opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across the company.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, curiosity about market dynamics, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities relevant to GrubPac's business.

Competitive Intelligence

Monitor competitors, new market entrants, and industry developments to help the company stay informed and strategically positioned.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support business strategy.

Research Reporting

Prepare well-structured reports, presentations, and summaries that clearly communicate research findings to internal teams.

Customer & Market Understanding

Study customer behaviour, market segments, and demand patterns to support product positioning and strategic planning.

Trend Monitoring

Track evolving market trends, technologies, and industry developments that may influence future opportunities or risks.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to provide research-driven insights that support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights
  • Excellent written and presentation skills for research reporting
  • Curiosity about markets, industries, and consumer behaviour
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in research tools, databases, and data analysis methods

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in market research, industry analysis, or competitive intelligence
  • Familiarity with research platforms such as Tracxn, Crunchbase, Statista, or similar databases
  • Experience preparing market reports, industry analyses, or strategic insights

  • Ability to present complex findings in a clear and structured manner

Additional Information

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in market research or industry analysis
  • Compensation:45 LPA, depending on experience and skills
  • Probation Period: All selected candidates will begin with a 3-month probation period
  • Work Mode:Full-time, on-site role at our New Delhi office
  • This is a contract-based position.
