Job Description
Seeking a motivated fresher to support lead generation by researching prospects, updating CRM databases, and qualifying leads from campaigns and events. Role includes maintaining accurate Salesforce records, understanding company capabilities, and identifying potential clients through online research and outbound initiatives. Strong communication, organization, and learning ability required.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and generate new leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, industry directories, and other online sources.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure strong potential fit.
- Build and maintain prospect databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Perform outbound activities: email outreach, connection requests, and initial nurturing communication.
- Track lead generation performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.
Market Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target market segments.
- Analyze buyer personas and map ideal customer profiles (ICP).
- Generate insights on new market opportunities and emerging customer needs.
- Prepare market research reports, competitor benchmarking, and strategic recommendations.
- Support sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights for campaigns and messaging.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong research and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work in a collaborative environment.
