Job Summary:

Hair Originals is hiring a Marketplace Manager who can independently own and scale the brand's presence across all major marketplaces. This role is for a self-driven individual contributor who can manage strategy and execution end-to-end without a team.

You'll be responsible for growth, operations, ads, listings, inventory, and performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end marketplace business across all platforms

Independently manage seller panels, catalog, pricing, and promotions

Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings (SEO, creatives)

Plan & execute ads and deals (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, campaign calendars)

Track and improve sales, ROAS, margins, and rankings

Manage inventory forecasting, stock planning, and replenishment

Handle order issues, returns, ratings, and seller health metrics

Coordinate with internal teams (design, warehouse, finance) as needed

Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and category movements

Prepare performance reports and growth plans for leadership

Required Skills & Experience:

58+ years of hands-on marketplace management

Proven experience managing marketplaces

Strong knowledge of Indian marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra)

Experience in Beauty / Hair / Personal Care / D2C preferred

Expertise in marketplace ads, listing SEO, and promotions

Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)

High ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision
