Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Manager located in New Delhi. The Marketplace Manager will oversee the operations of the online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data to identify trends, strategizing for revenue growth, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns and promotions. Coordination with the marketing and logistics teams will be a key part of this role.

• Skills in data analysis, tracking sales performance, and identifying market trends
• Proficiency in e-commerce management and knowledge of online sales platforms

• Prior experience in the handicrafts or artisan-focused industry is a plus
