This Position reports to:

Market Development Manager


Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support proactive business development aligned with the division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus. Each day, you will provide business support, including expertise in products, applications, solutions, and segment and customer (group) support for the assigned product portfolio, ensuring sustainable deployment of the division's strategic plan. You will also showcase your expertise by facilitating activities to drive profitable business growth.

This role is contributing to the Motion business forIEC Low Voltage Division based in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Supporting the process of defining marketing and sales targets and establishing appropriate metrics and measurement tools to effectively monitor performance in the region in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring profitable business growth focused on orders, market shares, and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of particular product, application, and segment initiatives in close collaboration with the division stakeholders.
  • Implementing divisional strategies to create demands for all business lines.
  • Implementing activities for agreed divisional strategies , product group, and regional initiatives.
  • Guides and supports Product Marketing teams and ensures the right capabilities are in place.

Qualifications for the role
  • 4 to 6 years of experience into business development, sales and marketing of B2B engineered products.
  • Full time engineering in Mechanical, Automation or Electrical/Electronics.
  • Comfortable for travelling to across India.
  • Experience in handling consultants for product approvals, closely worked with EPCs, OEMs and end users for projects.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Supports the collaboration between Marketing and Sales teams, functions, global product groups, regions, factories, and relevant stakeholders.
