U.S. SaaS Business Development & Pipeline GrowthAbout the Role

We are hiring an experienced Market Development Manager based in India to help expand our presence in the U.S. SaaS market through outbound business development, pipeline generation, and strategic prospect engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience selling or prospecting into the U.S. market and understands how to engage enterprise buyers, generate qualified meetings, and support revenue growth for SaaS products and services.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, and GTM teams to drive outbound efforts across target accounts in the United States.

What You'll DoU.S. Outbound Business Development
  • Conduct outbound prospecting into U.S.-based companies via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities for the sales team
  • Engage decision-makers including VP, Director, and C-level stakeholders
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and activity tracking
Account Research & Targeting
  • Research target accounts, industries, and buyer personas
  • Identify business pain points and align messaging accordingly
  • Build targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns
  • Support account-based outreach strategies
Sales Development & Pipeline Support
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Coordinate meetings and handoffs to sales leadership
  • Help improve outreach messaging and campaign effectiveness
  • Work closely with leadership on pipeline priorities and market feedback
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Share insights from customer conversations and prospect feedback
  • Help refine positioning and GTM strategy based on market response
Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in:
  • Business Development
  • Sales Development
  • Inside Sales
  • SaaS outbound prospecting
  • Proven experience calling into the U.S. market
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes
  • Experience engaging enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Comfortable working in U.S. business hours overlap
Preferred
  • Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology markets
  • Experience with outbound tools such as:

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
