Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management & Reconciliation

  • Receive, validate, and post monthly/quarterly invoices from Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, S&P, exchanges, and other providers.
  • Reconcile charges against contracts, usage reports, and internal allocations; investigate variances and pursue credits or disputes where required.
  • Coordinate invoice approvals and ensure timely submission to Accounts Payable, avoiding late-payment penalties.

Expense System Administration

  • Serve as primary administrator of the market-data inventory / expense system (e.g., TRG FITS)
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of services, users, contracts, and cost centers; oversee onboarding/off-boarding workflows.
  • Configure rules, hierarchies, approval chains, and automated feeds to finance and GL systems; partner with IT on integrations and upgrades.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 47 years of hands-on experience in market-data operations, vendor management, or finance operations within a financial-services environment.
  • Deep knowledge of major market-data providers, exchange fee structures, and licensing models.
  • Proficiency with at least one market-data inventory/expense tool (TRG FITS, MDSL, Xpansion, Axon, DART, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools a plus.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, accounting, and GL processes; experience interfacing with Accounts Payable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proven track record of collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
