Role Overview
We are seeking a result-driven digital first Marketing lead who will be responsible to drive the marketing communications strategy across ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Influencers and Retail Communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own 360* marketing communications and strategy for Home Appliances in India across ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Influencers, CRM and Retail Communication.
- Own the marketing budget for integrated planning across marketing mix and media mix with a strong ROI
- Build brand with differentiation and premiumization with a digital- first communication strategy (Paid & organic)
- Translate global brand vision into culturally relevant localized India market campaigns
- Drive consumer market research, analytics, social listening and experimentation to enable insight-lead decisions.
- Lead end to end campaigns across ATL & BTL for national launches, festive, and category bursts.
- Work closely with Retail Marketing to innovate on retail visibility & differentiation at point of sale.
- Lead advocacy campaigns through influencer, PR, CRM and affiliate programmers, UGC and brand communities.
- Experiment with new-age growth levers for demand generation including AI-powered marketing, content targeting and marketing on emerging channels
Agency & Stakeholder management:
- Manage agencies (media, creative, digital and PR) to drive integrated and data-led execution
- Influence cross-functional teams and manage internal stakeholders effectively
- Lead a high-performing marketing communications team
