Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers issues, and offering solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-3 years of experience in BPO voice process (inbound/outbound calling).
  • Strong communication skills in Marathi & Hindi languages.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation preferred.
