Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Management Systems, including internal audits and documentation.
- Monitoring and maintaining safety-related records, such as:
- Work Permit Systems
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) records
- Safety training documentation
- Coordination with the site safety team and ensuring availability and compliance of required PPEs.
- Preparation and maintenance of customer assessment checklists and related data.
- Basic knowledge of ESG data management, including:
- Environmental reports
- STP data
- Water consumption data
- Energy consumption data
- Conducting routine safety inspections at site/facility.
- Maintenance of incident and safety records, including:
- Near-miss reports
- Hazard identification and tracking
Requirements
Requirement:
- Qualification: Diploma / Engineering Graduate with Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from a Government Technical Institute.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with an Environmental / EHS background will be given preference
