Position - Manufacturing Process Consultant

Contractual Role
Required Experience
- 8 plus years experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of engineering change management processes, including:
- Product Change Orders (PCO)
- Engineering Change Requests (ECR)
- Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
- Experience working with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as:
- ERP platforms (SAP preferred)
- PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia, or similar)
- Document management systems.
- Experience conducting process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations.
- Background in industrial engineering or operations excellence.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing.
- Understanding of BOM structures, routing, and production workflows
