Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing and optimizing procurement, logistics, export-import and assembly processes to ensure efficiency and high product quality. Responsibilities include managing daily operations in the manufacturing unit, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting quality control checks, and troubleshooting production challenges. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in Manufacturing Operations and capability to manage manufacturing workflows effectively.
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Comfortable in negotiating pricing and lead times with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Managing inwarding of raw materials and outwaring of finished goods while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong skills in Operations Management for driving efficiency and process improvements.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and solve challenges proactively.
• Comfortable commuting daily to local suppliers and contract manufacturer's site.
• Educational background in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields preferred.
