Job Description

BE with 3+ years of experience in developing detailed 3D factory, plant, and manufacturing facility layouts using Revit 3D.
Strong working experience in Revit 3D for creating and managing accurate 3D BIM models and layouts.
Hands-on experience in Scan-to-BIM, converting laser scan and point-cloud data of existing factories into accurate BIM models.
Create 3D models of shop-floor layouts, including machines, production lines, material flow paths, aisles, and safety zones.
Prepare multiple layout concepts, space utilization studies, and clash detection to optimize productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
Update layouts and BIM models based on process changes, new equipment installation, and expansion projects.
Ensure compliance with factory safety standards, ergonomics, statutory norms, and company design guidelines.
Support factory planning reviews, design approvals, and layout presentations using 3D and BIM visuals.
Maintain accurate BIM documentation, as-built models, and revision control.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, material handling, and workflow optimization.
Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration in a factory environment.
