Manufacturing Expert ( PLC - Robotics Programming ) - AME Specialist

• Adaptation to Industry 4.0

Implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts, including the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and automation, with the aim of achieving a high level of automation and intelligent production. This includes the development, programming, and integration of Siemens PLC systems into existing and new manufacturing applications to ensure seamless communication and control within smart factories.

• Implementation of Digitalization

Integrating digital technologies and intelligent systems into manufacturing processes to enhance monitoring, control, and optimization of production. This includes developing and maintaining PLC programs that interact with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ensuring data exchange between PLCs and higher-level control systems for real-time production monitoring and optimization.

• Standardization

Supporting the creation of standards for the preparation of RFQs, RFIs, and technical specifications. This involves defining PLC programming standards, communication protocols, and system integration guidelines to ensure consistency, efficiency, and interoperability between automated systems and manufacturing equipment

Your profile as Manufacturing Expert - AME Specialist

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in PLC programming, industrial automation, and system integration is essential. (5+ years)
• Ability to lead and adapt to changes in technology, regulations, and the business environment
• Organizational & self-organization skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Willingness to work in heterogenous, worldwide teams
• Willingness to travel
