We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineering MES professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and optimizing Manufacturing Execution Systems to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system alignment with manufacturing goals.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on MES applications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of MES.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and user manuals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to MES and manufacturing.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 10-18 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their application in production environments.
- Proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience with software development life cycle and programming languages relevant to MES.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and their integration into manufacturing processes.
