Job Description

  • Design and propose optimal manufacturing processes from upstream to downstream
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Industrialisation, Quality, Sourcing, Supply Chain)
  • Manage bottlenecks and critical equipment capacity
  • Drive PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) activities
  • Oversee capacity management for Cable Cutting, Looms, and Cabinets aligned with S&OP
  • Define CAPEX/OPEX requirements and manage supplier discussions, delivery, and handover
  • Lead industrial strategies to meet QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments
  • Support technology transfer with line design, jigs and fixture requirements, capacity planning, and ergonomics
  • Identify risks, maximize savings, and ensure process improvements
  • Deploy APSYS (Alstom Production System) to achieve level 3 maturity
  • Ensure quality of technical know-how transfer, including training and validation of manufacturing processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in line layout, jigs & fixtures development, workstation design, and line efficiency improvement
  • Strong process orientation and strategic planning capabilities
  • Analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to influence, lead change, and work collaboratively
  • Experience in the auto or railway industry
