We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer NX CAM with strong CNC shop floor experience and hands-on expertise in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities & Mandatory Skills:
- Hands-on experience in NX CAM programming and CAM resource creation (tools, clamping devices, etc.)
- 45 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience with CNC shop floor exposure
- Strong knowledge of CNC cycle programming & manual programming
- Experience in Wire EDM, grinding, and tooling
- Controller programming & machining experience in Siemens, Heidenhain, and Fanuc
- NC program validation using virtual simulation software (CSE)
- Troubleshooting software issues through system & software log analysis
- Working knowledge of PDM Teamcenter environment
- Provide technical manufacturing solutions to resolve machining challenges
- Strong analytical, problem-solving & project management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English
- Experience collaborating with global teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- NX Post development experience is an added advantage
