Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering (ME) activities for aerospace programs. Strong knowledge of Aircraft life cycle, Fuselage, and Systems. Hands-on experience with DELMIA, 3DX platform, CATIA V5, and MS Office.
Develop Work Instructions, Work Plans, and Process Plans using DELMIA DM tool on the 3DExperience platform for Aircraft Components and Assemblies build sequence. Perform process planning, methods planning, and producibility checks for aerospace structures. Interpret Engineering Drawings, EBOM & MBOM, Task Lists, Build/Routing Sequence, and Process Flow. Create and standardize Detail Work Statements (DWS), prepare business cases, and ensure process planning standardization. Work extensively on DELMIA DM tool, 3DX platform, and CATIA V5 for aerospace manufacturing engineering activities. Collaborate with customers to understand scope, resolve queries, and deliver quality manufacturing engineering outputs per schedule. Interface with offshore teams, guide engineers, and ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards.
Knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements. Experience in metallic and composite aero structures/components. Familiarity with CAD tool CATIA V5 and PLM tool ENOVIA. Strong oral and written communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination.
