Perform the daily operations of welding on Casings and components in line with ISO:9001 & ISO:190443 along with SQDC approach to achieve shift wise target as per Plan inputs & standard work. Contributes to team efforts in accomplishing the organizational goals.
- Knowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and Risk related to inspection activities on Machines and during Assembly
- Follow site EHS procedure and nuclear safety awareness along with daily points of work risk assessment at shift starting.
- Report any stop work or concerns related to EHS & quality.
- Operate and maintain Lifting tools& tackles work as standard level.
- Review and understanding of Lifting plan documents like Lifting plan , SOPs, Lifting certificates, Form 10 certificates .
- Prioritize safety above all else by maintaining a rigorous adherence to safety standards and processes, ensuring that safety risks and issues are identified, reported, and addressed immediately.
- Understand and apply basic principles of lifting processes for nuclear components.
Follow Methods, Standards, And Work Instructions To
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine appropriate welding processes.
- Awareness & understanding of ITNS-I & ITNS-A,CSFI.
- Understanding Nuclear safety awareness.
- Lean approach likes 5s, TPM, Kaizen etc. and maintain safe & clean workplace.
- Teamwork and Coordination with fellow operator team & cross functional team for uninterrupted Production.
- Support other machine team & assembly team.
- Embrace a culture of respect, valuing inclusive teams and diverse perspectives to direct and train others as assigned, enabling the flow of information by inviting participation and responding productively.
- Approach daily work with continuous improvement in mind, working to continuously develop and improve department practices to reduce cycle time, improve machine availability and efficiency, and lower operating costs.

Basic Qualifications(requirements)
- Education: 12th Pass
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Understanding the Engineering drawing.
- Heavy fabrication experience.
- Lifting operation certificates.
- Understanding of Lifting & rigging works.

- Demonstrated integrity accept and adhere to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, and actions when dealing with others.
- Lean Mindset and understanding of lean tool. (5S, TPM, Kaizen)
- Resolves internal issues quickly to meet shift wise target.

- Strong problem-solving skills related to machining.
- Ability to coordinate activities of different teams / projects.
