Requirements:
- With 15+ Years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations and Service in Automation / Automotive company. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
- Operations Management, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Organic Business Growth, P&L Management , Budgeting & forecasting , Manufacturing Excellence, Quality Management and EOU and Statutory Compliances.
- Must have Strong Experience in IMS-(ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001,) SA 8000, EHS, SIX SIGMA, Lean, TPM, 5S and Approved Internal Auditor.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Manufacturing and Service Engineering, Operations, Driving Process Improvement.
- Handling P&L, budget preparation & monitoring at the Plant level (BSC/KPI) and executing analysis of various business initiatives (e.g., expansion, asset acquisition, diversification and etc).
- Anchoring all operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the organization.
- Risk assessment in process/product & safety and Work with a goal of Zero Darts, bringing awareness of safety and provide safe working environment in all processes.
- Overseeing long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company strategic plan, especially as the organization considers sponsorships, potential acquisitions, and collaborations with external organizations.
