Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Regional Debt Recovery Manager to lead and manage debt collection and recovery operations at the regional level. The role involves driving recovery strategies, managing field and tele-collection teams, ensuring compliance with processes, and minimizing portfolio risk while maintaining strong operational control and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead, recruit, and train the regional debt management and recovery team
2. Implement and monitor debt recovery strategies to achieve collection targets
3. Ensure strict adherence to recovery processes, system allocations, and compliance norms
4. Coordinate with legal, credit, and sales teams for effective recovery execution
5. Analyze delinquency trends and drive corrective actions to reduce losses

Required Skills :

1. Strong experience in consumer loan debt management and recovery operations
2. Expertise in team handling, training, and field force management
3. Knowledge of collection systems, legal recovery processes, and compliance
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualification :

1. MBA / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
2. 12–15 years of experience in debt recovery or collections domain
3. Experience in consumer lending, NBFCs, or consumer durables preferred
4. Strong exposure to field collections, tele-calling, and agency management
5. Proven experience in managing regional-level recovery targets and operations
