Manual Tester

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance standards are met
• Design, review, and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing features are not impacted by new changes
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools and ensure proper follow-up until closure
• Perform black box testing to validate application behavior without internal code knowledge
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and resolve issues
• Execute web testing across different browsers and platforms to ensure compatibility
• Prepare test reports and maintain documentation of test cases and results
• Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
