Manual Tester - Software Quality Assurance

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to join our team at Digilantern, responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in software testing and a strong background in manual testing methodologies.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to identify defects and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
• Conduct thorough analysis of software applications to identify potential defects and bugs.
• Create detailed bug reports and track progress until resolution.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing processes.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with manual testing techniques, including black box and white box testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
