Role OverviewWe are looking for a Manual Tester & Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, test live projects, prepare clear documentation, and present ideas visually using Canva.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on real client projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesManual Testing- Understand project requirements and workflows
- Prepare and execute test cases (manual)
- Identify, log, and track bugs/issues with proper documentation
- Explain bugs clearly to developers with steps, screenshots, and expected results
- Perform regression testing and basic UAT support
Business Analysis- Analyze client requirements and convert them into clear documentation
- Prepare Project Analysis Reports, flow diagrams, and requirement summaries
- Coordinate with development and design teams for clarification
- Review project scope and identify gaps or risks early
Canva & Presentation- Create short presentations using Canva for:
- Project understanding
- Requirement explanation
- Analysis summaries
- Present ideas in a simple, structured, and professional manner
Required Skills- Minimum 1 year experience as Manual Tester / Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Experience in bug reporting (Jira / Excel / similar tools)
- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of web & mobile applications
- Ability to use Canva for presentations
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Preferred (Good to Have)- Experience with live client projects
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX concepts
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment
- Ability to multitask and work independently
