You Will Be Responsible For
- Analyze product requirements and functional specifications to develop comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual test cases for web and backend systems to validate functional, regression, and exploratory testing needs.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues using JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX/UI teams to understand features, clarify requirements, and ensure high test coverage.
- Perform thorough testing of applications across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and support troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
- Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and assist in standardizing testing practices and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and compliance requirements (if applicable).

What will you bring to the table
- Proven experience in manual testing of complex web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and technique.
- Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or JIRA.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in Agile processes.
- Solid knowledge of testing across different browsers and devices (cross-browser/cross-platform testing)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyDetail-oriented with a passion for deli.

- Strong experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
- Good understanding of SQL for database validation and data integrity checks.
- Should be good in debugging and analysing logs for errors.
The Educational Qualification You'll Need
CA / MBA Tier 1 college and Sales/Marketing education background preferred.
