Overview
Client is seeking two Manual QA Testers to support its Booking Experience team, focused on validating customer-facing booking funnels and ensuring a seamless end-to-end reservation experience. This role is ideal for testers who enjoy hands-on functional testing in high-traffic, customer-centric digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases across web-based booking and checkout flows
- Validate booking funnels including search, pricing, promotions, payment, and confirmation
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and automation testers
- Perform regression testing for new features and production releases
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing
- Strong experience testing consumer-facing web applications
- Familiarity with booking, checkout, or transactional workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
- Nearshore location with consistent overlap with US business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel, cruise, hospitality, or e-commerce industry
- Prior exposure to booking engines or reservation systems
- Experience working in agile or hybrid agile environments
