Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Manual QA professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to identify and troubleshoot software issues. You will conduct thorough manual testing of web and mobile applications, collaborate with developers to resolve defects, and contribute to maintaining high software quality standards. Additionally, you will participate in team meetings, provide detailed QA documentation, and ensure adherence to quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and knowledge of Quality Management practices
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and adherence to industry regulations
• Strong Quality Auditing skills to identify and address software defects
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in documenting test cases and results
• Familiarity with manual testing processes for web and mobile applications
• Previous experience or coursework in QA is a plus
