Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manpower Consultant located in Raipur. The Manpower Consultant will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating training programs. The role involves collaborating with various departments to understand staffing needs and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The Manpower Consultant will also maintain employee records and manage performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates
• Experience in training and development programs
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
