Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Manhattan Active WM.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Validate system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Test end-to-end warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business analysts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Prepare test environments and test data.
- Report QA metrics, results, and risks.
- Exposure to Playwright for automation testing is a plus.
