Job Summary
We are hiring a Mandarin Customer Service Executive to support Chinese-speaking customers through calls, chat, and email. The role requires strong Mandarin communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice, chat, and email in Mandarin
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of interactions in CRM systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Skills
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Mandarin certification (HSK Level 3/4 or above preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Prior customer service/BPO experience is a plus

- Willing to work from office (Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune)
