Job Summary

We are hiring a Mandarin Customer Service Executive to support Chinese-speaking customers through calls, chat, and email. The role requires strong Mandarin communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via voice, chat, and email in Mandarin
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Mandarin certification (HSK Level 3/4 or above preferred)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Prior customer service/BPO experience is a plus

Preferred Profile

  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Willing to work from office (Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune)
  • Flexible with rotational shifts
