The Managing Partner will play a key leadership role in overseeing operations, driving business growth, and fostering client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans, managing client accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project quality and timely delivery. The role involves maintaining strong business partnerships and spearheading growth initiatives. This is a contract position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing flexibility for work-from-home as needed.

• Proven leadership experience with skills in strategic planning, business development, and team management.
• Expertise in project management and familiarity with graphic design, animation, branding, and visual storytelling processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for creativity and innovation in design solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in a creative agency or similar industry is highly desirable.
