Role Description

We are seeking a Managing Director to lead strategy execution, oversee operations, and drive growth at Maison Revelle. This full-time, on-site position is based in Chennai and involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and fostering relationships with stakeholders and artisans worldwide. The role also includes conducting market analysis, ensuring product excellence, and promoting the brand's values through community engagement and digital initiatives.

• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight
• Ability to build and nurture partnerships with clients, artisans, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of luxury brand management, marketing strategy, and customer engagement
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A track record of innovation and utilizing technology for business solutions
• Understanding of the global luxury market and consumer trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous
