Job Description

We are inviting applications for the Managing Director position at the Tamil Nadu Apex Skill Development Centre for Healthcare.

Timings: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for healthcare skill development across the state.

Align training initiatives with state healthcare needs, and industry requirements.

2. Program Development & Implementation

Design and oversee healthcare skill training programs for hospitals, allied health professionals, and support staff.

Ensure quality standards, accreditation compliance, and outcome-based training delivery.

3. Industry & Institutional Collaboration

Establish partnerships with hospitals, medical colleges, training institutes, and healthcare organizations.

Facilitate industry-driven curriculum development and placement opportunities.

4. Policy & Governance

Implement government policies related to healthcare skill development and workforce planning.

Ensure transparent governance, regulatory compliance, and effective utilization of resources.

5. Workforce & Capacity Building

Promote large-scale training initiatives to bridge skill gaps in the healthcare sector.

Strengthen trainer development, certification frameworks, and digital learning platforms.

6. Monitoring & Impact Assessment

Track program outcomes, placement rates, and workforce impact.

Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Board and Government.
