Progriz is a U.S.-based talent, consulting, and workforce solutions company operating across global markets. Our Mumbai office is a strategic operational hub supporting U.S. business delivery, revenue operations, shared services, and high-impact execution functions.

We're hiring a proven operator who has already run complex workforce or staffing organizations and wants a high-impact leadership role with future U.S. relocation potential for top performers.

This is not a step-up opportunity. We are looking for someone who has already operated at EVP/MD/COO/CEO levels and knows how to:

  • Drive bench sales, talent placement, and recruiting funnels
  • Lead multi-functional delivery and shared services teams
  • Manage operational throughput, productivity, and RevOps workflows
  • Command respect in high-accountability, high-speed environments
  • Build structure while maintaining execution velocity

What You Will Lead

Operational Leadership

  • Own day-to-day operations for the Mumbai office
  • Drive urgency, discipline, and execution rigor
  • Align India operations with U.S. business priorities
  • Ensure continuity across delivery, shared services, and support functions

Revenue Operations & Business Performance

  • Improve throughput, productivity, and workflow efficiency
  • Establish KPI visibility and operational reporting
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action quickly
  • Partner with U.S. leadership on RevOps initiatives

People Leadership

  • Lead Bench Sales, PMO, SMEs, Shared Services, Delivery, and support teams
  • Hold leaders accountable for performance and outcomes
  • Build a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and high energy

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Serve as the operational bridge between India and U.S./UK leadership
  • Escalate risks proactively and maintain transparency
  • Strengthen communication, alignment, and execution cadence

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in senior executive roles (EVP, MD, COO, CEO, or equivalent)
  • Mandatory staffing/workforce/talent placement industry experience
  • Proven leadership of multi-functional operational teams
  • Experience owning business performance, budgets, or P&L
  • Strong operational and revenue operations background
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai aligned to U.S. Eastern Time

Preferred Experience

  • RevOps leadership
  • Shared Services / Center of Excellence management
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based organizations
  • Background in consulting, outsourcing, BPO, IT services, or professional services
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation environments
